At Shringaar Store, we take pride in offering high-quality jewellery. While refunds are not provided, we do offer returns or exchanges under specific conditions.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

Applicable only for manufacturing defects or if an incorrect item is delivered.

Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

The return/exchange request must be raised within 3 days of deliveryΒ
Non-Returnable Items

Sale, discounted, customized, or made-to-order items.

Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Process

Contact our support team with your Order ID, photos, and reason for return/exch eange.

Once approved, ship the product to our address (return shipping cost to be borne by the customer unless our error).

The exchange/replacement products will be delivered within 7 -10 days
Note: Minor colour variations due to photography or screen settings are not considered defects.
